Assist International Marketing, Inc. DBA Vapaire is a status "C" Utah Corporation, founded in 1998 and located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Company has developed a revolutionary, patented, new water purification and dispensing system, which effectively eliminates the need for bottled water or any other method of water dispensing. Manufacturing and Distribution of the product will be administered through Assist International Marketing Inc.
The current Vapaire DM water-generating machine has the ability to produce up to 5 gallons of pure pollution free drinking water every 24 hours by extracting water from atmospheric air. The unit is energy efficient, using only 3 to 5 Kwh of power per day and costing as little as five cents per gallon to produce.
Production agreements have been completed with a facility in South Korea. Full-scale production capabilities are anticipated for 24,000 units per year initially, with the ability to ramp up to over 120,000 units per year if needed. The Vapaire DM water-generating machine, which is the apex of the Vapaire line, has completed initial test production, and is now ready for full-scale manufacturing and marketing.
